1. 全面管理公司财务完成所有财务相关的职责。
2. 负责公司日常核算及会计归档。确保日常核算、税务处理与集团要求及中国法律法规的要求相一致。
3. 提供管理层所需的报告，定期编制各项财务报表。
4. 保证集团内控制度的实施和执行。
5. 制定公司预算，费用审批，监督预算的执行情况。
6. 制定公司资金计划，监督资金计划的运行情况并协助总部筹集公司运营所需资金。
7. 协助总部规划公司税收，负责处理公司各项税务事项。
8. 负责年度审计、年检、汇算清缴等。
9. 协调财务方面公司同供应商、客户、银行、工商、税务、外管等政府部门的关系；做好内外部的沟通
10. 完成公司管理层及总部财务部交办的其他各项工作。
任职要求：
1. 大学本科以上学历，财会、经济类专业。
2. 5年以上财务工作经验，有管理经验优先。
3. 熟练使用财务软件及office软件,尤其是Excel和PowerPoint。
4. 良好的沟通表达能力、优秀的组织与协调能力。
5. 优秀的个人品质，原则性强。
6. 熟悉新的税务、会计制度。
Job description:
1. Handle full range of financial and accounting duties of the project company.
2. Responsible for daily booking and accounting filing. Ensure statutory accounts, tax and other regulatory returns are prepared in compliance with Group policies and local regulations.
3. Prepare timely management report and provide timely reviews, analysis. Supervise and prepare IFRS financial packages and all kinds of PRC report periodically.
4. Ensure group internal control procedures and policies be implemented in project company.
5. Prepare company budget, expenditure approval, supervise the budget implementation.
6. Prepare cash flow forecast, supervise the cash flow and assist HQ on financing of the company.
7. Assist HQ on tax plan of the company and responsible for daily tax operation handle.
8. Responsible for annual audit, year end inspections and tax return.
9. Maintain good relationship with clients, suppliers, banks, and local authorities such as Commercial Bureau, tax Bureau and SAFE. Internal and external communication for Finance part
10. Assist in ad-hoc assignments from project management team and FC BJ.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree and above major in Accounting, Finance and Economics.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience. Management experience is preferred.
3. Skillfully use finance and accounting software, Microsoft office software especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Good communication skills. Dedicated, reliable and team player.
5. Good personality and strong principled.
6. Extensive knowledge of updated tax and accounting policy.
