职位描述：
1. Check and audit the process design of WWTP and WSP;
检查及审核污水处理厂和净水厂的工艺设计。
2. Check and audit the calculation of the main process;
检查及审核主体工艺的相关计算。
3. In charge of the equipments selection of project (types, prices, quality and comparison).
负责工程设备的选择（型号、价格、质量和比较）。
4. Check and audit the design and drawing from design institute and give suggestions and comments to improve or correct;
检查及审核设计院的设计方案及图纸，给予合理建议，进行进一步改进。
5. In charge of bidding for equipments and installation; in charge of procurement and technical support of process equipments.
负责设备招标和安装，负责工艺设备的采购及技术支持
6. In charge of negotiation and signing contract with suppliers and sub-contractors;
负责和供应商及分包商谈判和签署协议。
7. Responsible and take the lead role for the technical works of all company projects;
负责并领导所有公司项目的技术工作。
8. Cooperate and communicate with other department about the design work, and solve technique problems during the construction;
就设计工作负责与其他部门的合作与沟通，解决施工过程中的技术问题。
9. Auditing and revising project procedures and documentation for other Project Department or sub-companies;
审核修改其他项目部门或分公司的工程步骤及程序说明书。
10. Participate in the procedure of final acceptance and final settlement.
全程参与最终验收和最终决算。
11. Responsible for the sort out and archive of the design data and files.
负责设计数据和文件的整理和归档。
12. Technical support during commissioning and trial operation.
在工程调试和试运营阶段提供技术支持。
13. Write and summarize the pricing list for equipments and works; reports and trip summaries.
编写和总结设备报价单及工程量清单等，编写技术报告和出差总结。
14. Preparation work for bidding of plant such as: prepare equipment specification, technical enquiries to potential suppliers / contractors for the supply and erection of plants.
工程招标的准备工作：准备设备技术规格书、对潜在供应商/分包商进行技术调查。
15. Other works assigned by CTO.
CTO安排的其他工作。
Requirements:
要求：
1. Professional requirement: Bachelor and above in majors of chemical / mechanical / water/ environmental engineering/water supply and drainage
专业要求：化学/机械/水务/环境工程/给排水专业学士学位及以上。
2. At least 5 years working experience.
至少5年相关工作经验。
3. With a knowledge in desalination process, water reclaim and reuse, sludge treatment or disposal.
有海水淡化、再生水、中水回用和污泥处理或处置的相关背景知识。
4. With a professional experience in design institute/company.
有设计院或设计公司的专业背景
5. Familiar with WWTP and WSP market including equipment/pipe suppliers, manufacturers, related contracts etc.
熟悉污水处理和供水市场，熟悉设备及管道供应商、生产厂家及相关合同等。
6. Familiar with related law, regulation and procedure of bidding and tender.
熟悉招投标相关的法律、规则及程序。
7. With rich experience in project negotiation and contract management
具有项目谈判和合同管理方面的丰富经验。
8. Experienced with WWTP, WSP and desalination project management and evaluation.
具有污水处理厂、供水厂和海水淡化工程的管理、评估经验。
9. With good professional ethics and sense of responsibility

10. With strong ability of analysis and expression, as well as strong ability of organization and coordination.
有较强的分析及表达能力，同时具有较强的组织协调能力。
11. Familiar with necessary professional software, such as WORD, AutoCAD, Excel, Project and etc.
熟悉必要的软件操作，包括WORD, AutoCAD, Excel, Project等软件。
12. Medium English level.
中等英语水平
13. Good communication skills and team spirit required.
