Job description:
Responsibility for Procurement assignments as will be defined by the Corporate Procurement Manager from time to time. Executing procurement activities in China and wherever needed according to the companies needs while meeting cost, efficiency, quality and timetable targets.

Assignments:
Checking and learning the requirements coming from the various internal clients. Understanding the priorities, establishing contacts with existing and potential suppliers, receiving offers and analyzing them, Presentation of options, analyzing offers and presenting them, Negotiaiting with vendors prices, quality, terms of payment and delivery schedules, follow up of PR’s, RFQ’s and PO’s, Supplier’s evaluation,
任务：
检查并了解内部不同客户的要求；权衡轻重，与现有及潜在的供应商建立联系，询价并进行分析；汇报方案，分析报价并进行汇报；就价格，质量，付款条件及送货时间与供应商谈判；负责跟进询价单，订货单，对供应商进行评估

Requirements:
职位要求
Education: Procurement training – Must.
教育背景： 有相关采购培训经历
Mechanical engineer/water business/environmental engineer – Must
机械工程/水务工程/环境工程教育经历
Computer skills: Full control of Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) – Must.
计算机能力：熟练使用Office软件(Outlook, Excel and Word)
Languages: Fluent English – a must. Additional European languages– Advantage.
语言能力：要求英语流利；掌握欧洲语言者予以优先考虑
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position (Preference to technical procurement).
工作经验：
至5年相关职位工作经验 (有技术采购经验者优先)
Familiar with equipment and materials such as pipes, accessories, valves, pumps etc.
熟悉管材，附件，阀门，水泵等设备和材料
Understanding of Import and export procedures (Incoterms)
了解进出口相关流程（如国际贸易法规条例）
Understanding of financing methods in foreign trade (LC)
熟悉国际贸易中的融资方式
Characteristics:
