2. He need to have done his study in good university like Tsinghua University and to be Master.
Duty: In charge of the Project Management
1.Participate to the official Kick Off meeting
2.Organize a specific Technical Kick Off meeting with the Proposal Engineer and the Design Team
3.Establish with DPE and DTL the Project Design Schedule and ensure the follow up
4.Participate to the liaison meeting with DI/Client when necessary
5.Must organize once every 2 weeks (at least) a progress meeting with the team
6.Approve and sign Drawings of the Project
7.Check and validate the Design documents (Specifications, Process philosophy preparation, Calculations)
8.Ensure the coordination with the Project Manager
9.Prepare General Documents such as General Specification, Note for Civil construction, etc..
10.Ensure that the staff is sufficient for the project and rely on DM if not
11.Might have more than one project under his control according to the DD Load
12.Might delegate the DPE or DTL for the tasks 1-4-5
13.Might replace DPE and DTL in some specific situations
14.He is the first contact for the PM
15.Answering of site queries
16.In charge of his project monitoring
17.Rely on DM
Qualification Project Coordinator (PC)
1.Higher Education* in technical field
2.Qualified in Design with 10 years of work experience in the water treatment
3.Work experience in the Design Institute or Water Treatment company
4.Good managerial skills
5.Good organizational skills
6.Familiar with Design of the Water treatment process.
7.Familiar with equipment usage
8.Familiar with equipment characteristics, material and limitations
9.English speaker
