1. 检查和审核脱盐的工艺系统设计。
2. 检查和审核工艺过程的计算。
3. 负责工艺设备的价格比较和选型。
4. 检查、审核设计院的设计方案及图纸，给出指导及改善建议。
5. 负责设备、施工、安装的投标工作。
6. 负责与供应商、分包商进行谈判，并签署合同。
7. 负责并指导公司各个项目的工艺技术工作，解决设计中同其它部门的协作和沟通并协调解决公司项目施工过程中出现的问题。
8. 审核、修改其他项目部门或项目公司的项目流程、文件等。
9. 编写《设备及工作量价格清单》。
10. 首席技术官安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1. 专业要求：化工/机械/水处理/环境工程。
2. 至少7年的工作经验。
3. 具备脱盐工艺和水循环利用方面的相关知识。
4. 要求有专业设计院的工作经历。
5. 要求熟悉脱盐市场，包括：供应链，工厂，设备，合同，等。
6. 要求脱盐项目管理、评估和谈判方面的工作经验。
7. 工厂竞标设计的准备工作，如：准备设备规格，为供应商，承包商等提供技术咨询。
8. 流利的英语听说读写能力。
Job description:
1. Check and audit the process design of desalination.
2. Check and audit the calculation of the main process.
3. In charge of the price and selection of the equipments.
4. Check and audit the design and drawing from design institute, and give suggestions and comments to improve or correct.
5. In charge of bidding for equipments, construction and installation.
6. In charge of negotiation and signing contract with suppliers and sub-contractors.
7. Responsible and take the lead role for the technical works of all company projects; cooperate and communicate with other department about the design work, and solve problems happening during the construction.
8. Auditing and revising project procedures and documentation for other Project Department or sub-companies.
9. Write and summarize the < pricing list for equipments and works>.
10. Other works assigned by CTO.
Requirements:
1. Graduate degree: chemical /mechanical /water/ environmental engineering.
2. At least 7 years experience.
3. Has a knowledge in desalination process and water recycling.
4. Has a professional experience in design institute.
5. Familiar with desalination market including : suppliers, manufacturers, equipment, contracts etc.
6. Experienced with desalination project management, evaluation and negotiation with dealers/suppliers.
7. Manage preliminary bid design for plants such as : prepare equipment specification, technical enquiries to potential suppliers / contractors for the supply and erection of plants.
8. Fluent English in speaking and writing.
