投资部经理

Job Description 岗位职责： 1. Market Analysis, Collecting details about potential investors/partners. 2. Co-ordination with investment banker to find potential investors /partners 3. Preparation documents and investment analysis to potential investor. 4. Project planning & Monitoring. 5. Correspondence and Co-ordination with all related parties. 6. Co-operate with investment banker of structure financing. 7. Contracts management. 8. Project Budgeting. 9. Other works assigned by CEO 1. 市场分析，收集潜在投资人/合作伙伴的具体信息 2. 与投行沟通协调，寻找开发潜在投资人/合作伙伴 3. 准备潜在投资人的投资分析或其他相关文件 4. 负责项目规划和监控 5. 负责与所有相关单位的联系和协调 6. 与投行合作完成结构融资 7. 负责合同管理 8. 项目预算 9. CEO安排的其他工作 Requirements: 任职要求： 1. 5 -10 year of experience in Business Development 2. Major in economic, finance, management or environmental protection, Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferential 3. Experience with Financing is preferential 4. Familiar with water industry & agriculture industry is preferential 5. Good communication skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills. 6. Good professional ethics and sense of responsibility 7. Strong ability of analysis and strong ability of organization and coordination 8. Familiar with necessary professional software such as MS Project, MS Office and etc. 9.
