职位描述：
1. 负责项目公司各个方面的管理：包括供水生产、污水处理、客户及政府关系、财务、行政、人事及其他方面事物的管理；
2. 根据董事会决定的目标，确保项目公司高效运营；
3. 根据公司政策，确保运营和管理的最高水平；
4. 根据总部要求，贯彻实施项目公司的财务制度；
5. 负责项目建设或者调试；
6. 确保团队成员的保持高水平的工作绩效；并且负责服务提供商的管理；
7. 确保项目公司的利益最大化；
8. 负责水厂运营工作程序、流程、标准等的监控，例如紧急预警方案。
9. 对维护方法进行详尽的分析说明，实现运行的高标准；
10. 确保供水、污水处理安全生产、运营及维护；
11. 管理并监控水处理和污水处理过程中的运行及维护情况，确定并改进潜在的问题；
12. 不断改进生产现场；
13. 进行相关人员的招聘；
14. 与总部建立有效的汇报机制，及时向总部汇报；
Job Description:
1. Responsible for managing all aspects of the Project Company: water production, wastewater treatment, client and government relations, finance, administration and HR and others;
2. Ensure effective operation of the project company, according to the targets set by the board;
3. Ensure the implementation of the highest operational and management standards, according to the company policy;
4. Ensure the implementation of financial policies of the Project Company, according to the HQ requirements;
5. construction and/or commissioning;
6. Ensuring a high level of performance from all team members. Manage all the relevant service providers;
7. Maximize the project company profits and protect at its interests;
8. Monitor all the working flow, standards and procedures for plants operation such as emergency response plan;
9. Establish the elaboration of a maintenance strategy, implement high standards of operation;
10. Ensure safe water treatment and wastewater treatment operations and maintenance activities;
11. Manages and monitor all operational and maintenance activities in water treatment and wastewater treatment, identify and improve potential problems;
12. Continuously improve the production site;
13. Recruit relevant staff;
14. Set up the efficient communication mechanism with the Headquarter, and report to Headquarter in time;
任职要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，环境工程、电气自动化、机械工程、土建工程、给排水专业尤佳；
2. 至少10年以上相关运营管理工作经验；
3. 要求之前的工作经历中至少管理10-12人的团队，如是在水厂的管理经验尤佳；
4. 丰富的管理、协调及组织能力；
5. 卓越的沟通、谈判技巧；
6. 丰富的各种水处理知识；
7. 必须有大型市政或者工业工程建设经验；
8. 对项目图纸、项目施工及项目调试有深刻认识；
9. 熟悉Auto-CAD，MS Project等办公软件；
10. 优秀的团队凝聚力和领导力，激发团队贡献精神；
11. 优秀的英语听说读写能力。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, water supply and discharge is preferred;
2. Minimum 10 years’ Operation management experience;
3. Previous experience in management of a team of at least 10-12 members, with preference to water facility;
4. Strong management, co-ordination and organizational skills;
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
6. Firm and solid knowledge of all kinds of water treatment technologies;
7. Experience in large municipal or industrial engineering projects is a must;
8. Solid background in project drawings, project construction and commissioning;
9. Be familiar with Auto-CAD, MS Project, software, etc.
10. skillful at problem analysis and solving;
11. Ability to strength the team cohesiveness and contribution spirit;
12. English is a must (speaking and writing).
