Project /Practice Management  Management on the whole treatment project, including order handling, engineering, installation, commissioning, acceptance and handover.  Internal & external communication skill.  Support team leader on daily business.  Self education and experience accumulation from team member to achieve self improvement.  Develops a complete understanding of the contract and any relevant subcontracts in order to provide full support to the project management team  Utilize project management tools to ensure the large projects are executed efficiently and effectively and provide monthly project updates (include profit and loss) and mitigates any risk where necessary.  Ensures engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all practice engagements.  Develops, implements, and maintains sound business practices in accordance to Xylem policies  Helps create pipeline forecasts and broad-based financial picture for practice.  Addresses and resolves all billing issues.  Ensures practice meets or exceeds budgeted financial objectives, including revenue and margin.  Other duties as assigned Financial Management  Develops and meets revenue and other financial goals for practice.  Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across practice.  Manages the negotiation of contract pricing when necessary.  Provides leadership and guidance in all aspects of the sales cycle.  Takes a lead role in monitoring the identification and development of treatment projects align with our strategy.  Grows long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on equity and partnership opportunities. Communication  Ensures practice is well informed, at all times, of changes and news worthy events within our company.  Effectively communicates relevant practice information to superiors.  Handles difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.  Promotes us through speaking engagements at industry conferences and involvement in local business organizations. Technical Understanding  Understands the implications of different technical choices and is able to guide our clients to the best solution for their situation. Requirements  More than 3 years project management experience in water treatment business or related area, familiar with treatment process or product, filtration, advanced treatment (UV, Ozone), etc.  Bachelor degree in Process or mechanical or equipment related  Solid and successful experiences in working with different function teams.  Computer skill (MS office, MS exchange etc.) is a must
