职位概要: 完成公司下达的部门、个人担保业绩目标，及相关工作。 工作内容: The Engineering Design Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization. Involved in long-term planning. This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas area of expertise. • Manage the Engineering team including development needs and resource planning • Responsible for Safety and Health Environmental (SHE) relating to the team • Plan / develop technical and management processes to improve both team and customer productivity • Direct Bid Management in technical portion by working with deputy General Manager to ensure executable bids are proposed • Liaise with customers/design institute either on or off site as necessary during the business development stage • Responsible for Involvement with requirements specification and interface with business development departments to complete these tasks • Establish and maintain an effective and economical administrative system in the Engineering Department • Implement a system to authorize, provide and control technical information, instructions and advise all personnel in company • Operate an efficient Technical Publications section to enable up to date technical references (manuals, service bulletins etc) to be readily available and accessible to all personnel • Support in-house development of approved repair capabilities • Responsible to undertake the necessary corrective and preventive actions resulting from Quality non-compliance monitoring and audit programs• Lead to implementing all QMS procedures in daily design works • Lead the design team to do the design work during the project execution stage with coordination with project execution team • localize the design procedure, QA/QC from Orica Watercare HQ and Orica watercare Inc In US. • lead to communicate with engineering managers globally to update the system design process and other lesson learned, international travel is required from time to time 任职资格: • Bachelor’s degree in water supply & drainage engineering • At least 8 years project engineering experience, at least 2 years of leadership experience • Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to project teams. • Fluent English communication skill • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time including international travelling Desired • Experience in water or wastewater industry. Especially for water treatment process in drinking water plant. • Professional Engineer License preferred.
