八年以上工作经验，有国家颁发的会计证。有ACCA。有较强的沟通能力；英语流利：熟练操作办公软件。 Job Purpose: The Financial Manager is responsible for the control of account and securing that the rules and regulations in the Chinese accounting law is followed so that the annual accounting report can be approve by the Chinese Authorities. Secondly it is the Financial Managers role to coordinate all reporting within the group with the Orica Watercare Financial manager based in Melbourne, Australia and to implement necessary new systems and procedure in order to comply & allign with the group financial policies. The Financial manager will manage to set up the chart of account and procurement of accounting software in the future and to maintain the relationship with the system provider for accounting software and will be responsible for monthly reporting to General Manager and the Orica Watercare’s management team through updating the Dashboard. The Financial manager will also play HR role by working with FESCO and to be responsible for salary payments.
