1. 协助厂长负责污水厂运营管理，完成公司各项生产质量和运营利润指标。 2. 负责建立污水厂质量、成本管理体系，分解装置运行的各项技术及经济指标各项技术经济指标，并确保实施。 3. 负责污水厂的工艺及设备运行管理，审核并批准运行规范，工艺操作规程，设备日常管理，编制设备日常维护制度；负责审核和批准各项生产报表，设备检修、维护、备品备件采购计划。 4. 负责指导运营部门固定资产的管理。 5. 负责工程内部工程管理及预算审核。 6. 提出管理及技术改造、优化方案以优化装置运营水平，提高污水厂经 营、管理水平，促进企业长足发展。 1. Assist the General Manager to operate and manage Waste Water Treatment Plan and complete company’s various production quality and operation profit indicators; 2. Be responsible for establishing WWTP quality and cost management system, decompose various technical and economic indicators of the unit operation and ensure their implementation; 3. Be responsible for WWTP process and equipment operation management, audit and approve WWTP operation standard, process operation specification and equipment daily management, and prepare equipment daily maintenance system; be responsible for auditing and approving various production statement of the WWTP, and equipment repair, maintenance and spare parts procurement plan; 4. Be responsible for guiding management of fixed assets of Operation Department; 5. Be responsible for internal engineering management and budget auditing; 6. Put forward management and technical transformation and optimization scheme to optimize the unit operation level, promote the company’s operation and management level and enhance considerable development of WWTP. 招聘要求： 男、40岁左右、大学本科、给排水或环境工程专业；踏实、肯干；能适应连续生产工作要求；团队意识及合作精神；川渝籍贯、达州最好；有10年相关工作经验 The candidate shall be male at the age of around 40, majoring in Water Supply & Drainage or Environment Engineering with bachelor’s degree; steady and hardworking; adaptable to continuous working duty; teamwork spirit and cooperative. The candidate shall have a permenant residency in Sichuan or Chongqing, preferable in Dazhou; 10 years of relevant working experience
