Prepare annual process production plan and assessment report.
Prepare process production management regulations, quality control plan and technical contingency plan.
Validate and execute the process program
Provide support and advice for technical solutions to operational teams and submit assessment reports.
Collect data and information related to process production operations, and submit production analysis reports.
Submit process operations exception analysis report with technical solutions.
Ensure the implementation and application of quality, environment and health & safety regulations.
Provide technical trainings to project staff.给水/自来水--水处理工艺；Degree holder in Environmental / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5-year solid experience.
Good command of both spoken & written English/French and Chinese.
Team player, self motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Travel to other project offices in South China is required.
Computer literate, proficiency in MS office.
