This person will be an Expert and will give advice, guidance and monitor the network. And also he needs to set up the Quality system and procedure.
Duties and Responsibilities：
Set up the Quality Policy and Procedure for the Network management.
Ensure network maintenance and implement new technologies to improve network operation and maintenance.
Supervise the reactivation of the network after maintenance operations.
Optimize costs and time frames by improving network procedures and working instructions.
给水/自来水；Requirements:
Diploma or above in Chemistry / Applied Sciences / Environmental / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2-4 year solid experience, the water service background is highly preferable.
Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese.
