 Manage regional sales & marketing business of rotary lobe pump system based on sales strategy and requirement by sales director.
 Identify sales opportunities in target customers, develop sales plan.
 Establish and manage the distributor network to develop and correspond above business.
 Proposal the selling price based on market research and analysis; accurated forecast monthly, quarterly, annual revenues
 Take sensitive plans and actions to meet the sales and marketing target.
 Take product and technical training for customer periodically and compatibly.
 Meet or exceed sales target in assigned territory for products and service
 Set up an excellent relationship with our customer.
 Solve the problems independently and efficiently to satisfies the customers.
 Make sales & market report periodically and feed back about market, product information timely.
 New project and market development
 Follow the company’s rules and procedures.
 Do team work with Customer Service Center and Marketing people.企业管理--市场/销售；more than 10 years sales experience in the pump industry or environment protection
