Senior BDM
General Duties:
· Responsible for project development work, project analysis, financial feasibility study, due diligence work and participating in project financing;
· To take the lead to prepare bidding document and technical proposal for drinking water and waste water BOT, EPC and engineering service project.
· Prepare quotation for commercial offer.
· Assist to build up client relations.
· Attend contract negotiations.
给水/自来水； 排水/污水处理； 水处理设备； 工程经济/管理/施工； 企业管理； 固废处理施工管理--财务评价；Qualifications:
· University degree, preferably master degree, in environment engineering or international economics;
· More than 5 years experience in infrastructure investment projects. Working experience with multinational companies is an advantage;
· Work experience in project financing and preferably investment banking experience;
· Fluent oral and good written English;
· Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal relations/ coordination/ organizing skills and team player;
· Skillful in computer software tool such as Microsoft office, Micro-Projector etc;
· Demonstrated team leadership skills;
· Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
