1. 管理所有项目公司的运营及维护，定期巡视并提交运营管理报告给COO。 2. 负责所有项目公司运营及维护的风险控制，提出紧急预案。 3. 确保所有项目公司的安全运营，将安全机制落到实处。 4. 控制运营及维修成本，保持项目公司的健康运营。 5. 与各项目公司当地政府保持良好的关系。 6. 确保各项目公司的水费的收取及时。 7. 培训及培养各项目公司的总经理，提高其管理能力。 8. 向COO汇报工作 1. Manage Operation & Maintenance of all project companies, check each project periodically and submit the operation management report to COO; 2. Responsible for the risk control during the Operation & Maintenance, and prepared the emergency plans; 3. Make sure the safety operation policies are well implemented in each project company; 4. Control the Operation & Maintenance cost; 5. Build and maintain good relationship with local government of each project; 6. Make sure tariff of each project can be collected timely; 7. Train the GM of each project to improve their management level; 8. Report to COO; 任职要求： 1. 8年以上水厂运营管理工作经验，有跨国企业的工作背景者更佳 2. 基本的英语沟通能力 3. 敬业，能够频繁长期出差，能承担压力 4. 优秀的分析问题、解决问题的能力 5. 很强的人际关系交际能力 Requirement: 1. Over 8 years operation management experiences in water plant. MNC backgroud will be preferred; 2. Simple English; 3. Dedicated, and can have business trip frequently, can work under pressure; 4. Excellent problem solving ability 5. Be good at build interpersonal relationships
