1.Define the design, list of equipment, services and limit of scope for the proposal according to the Tender Document / Requirements from the Client; 2.Scrutinize the vendors and supervise the enquiries; 3.Estimates the cost price of equipment and services related to the proposal; 4.Prepare and supervise the proposal documents on time, with the assistance of secretary and translator; 5.Report to the hierarchy about the proposal progress. 1.Fluent in English with very good written and spoken skills; 2.Major in Thermal Energy & Power Engineering or equivalent; Bachelor or above; 3.More than 2 years experience in thermal engineering; 4.A specific competence in boiler engineering or waste incineration will be preferred; 5.Good knowledge of the local vendor; 6.Experience with design institutes will be appreciated. 联系人：王小姐 E-mail：degremonthr@sina.com
